A few common questions

Do you work on both Windows PCs and Macs?

Yes. I help with Windows and Mac troubleshooting, setup, upgrades, and data transfers. The repair options depend on the model and problem.

Are diagnosis and quotes free?

I offer free computer diagnosis and a quote. Contact me first to describe the issue and arrange the best way to assess it. House-call and remote service pricing is discussed separately.

Timing depends on the issue, parts availability, and current workload. I'll provide an estimate after reviewing your device and keep you updated.

Can you guarantee my files can be recovered?

No. Recovery depends on the condition of the storage device and what happened. Tell me about the problem before trying more fixes so we can discuss the next step.

Can I drop something off?
