Schoolwork ready. Printer drama optional.

Turn on the schoolwork computer, open the apps you need, and print a test page before an assignment is due. Slow laptop or files still on last year's computer? I can take a look.

Important files? Give them a backup.

Keep a separate copy of family photos and important documents, beyond another folder on the same computer. Open a few files from that backup to check they are there when you need them.

Before we get started

A few things you might be wondering.

How do I get help?

Text, call, or email me with the device you're using and what's going wrong. I can help you choose between drop-off, a house call, or remote support.

Can you tell me the price first?

I offer free computer diagnosis and a quote. Repair costs depend on the problem and any parts needed. House-call and remote service pricing is discussed separately.

How long will a repair take?

It depends on the issue, parts availability, and current workload. I'll give you an estimate after reviewing the details and keep you updated.

Where do I drop off my computer?

Drop-off is available in the Rancocas Woods area of Mount Laurel. Message me first for instructions and to let me know what you're bringing.

Do I need to know what's wrong?

No. Describe what you see, or send a photo with personal details covered. “It was working yesterday” is a familiar place to start.

No Worries, Just Solutions.
